“Les Orientales”, totally dedicated to the art and music of the East, offer a real occasion to discover the last oriental traditions.
From the mountains of Marocco to the last nomadic regions of Asia, this festival cover a vast range of different expressions of music, art and dance.
Upon the wild river Loire, the small city of Saint Florent le Vieil, located in France between Angers and Nantes ( 2 hours from Paris), the festival present 2 week-ends of concerts, lectures, films and children shows.

Through a “Salon de musique” in the “Palais Briau”, an ”Oriental café” under a tent or an old church, 30 concerts with more than 200 artists, from late morning to late night, will happen .
